ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are applicable only under the following conditions:

An unboxing video from start to end is mandatory.

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

Any cuts, edits, or skipped parts in the video may lead to cancellation of the request.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

Size change is available only for incorrect size delivered.

If the customer selects the wrong size while ordering, exchange can still be processed.

The customer must bear the shipping and handling charges for size exchange requests.
REFUND PROCESS
