• COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
• In case of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

• We offer shipping across Pan India.
• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping fee is Rs 50.
• An additional Rs 50 is charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

• Returns and exchanges are available only under specific conditions such as wrong size delivered, damaged goods, or empty package received.
• Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video from start to end without cuts is mandatory.
• Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
